Exufiber® Ag+ by Mölnlycke is an advanced gelling fiber dressing infused with silver ions for superior antimicrobial protection and exudate management. Designed to help reduce bioburden and manage medium to heavily exuding wounds, Exufiber® Ag+ transforms into a cohesive gel upon contact with wound fluid, maintaining a moist healing environment and supporting atraumatic removal. The silver technology provides sustained antimicrobial activity throughout wear time to help prevent infection.

• Antimicrobial silver ions: Provide sustained protection against a broad spectrum of wound pathogens for up to seven days.
• Hydrolock® Technology: Locks in exudate to minimize leakage and reduce the risk of maceration.
• Converts to gel: Forms a soft, conformable gel on contact with fluid for a moist wound environment.
• High wet strength: Retains integrity during removal to minimize fiber residue in the wound.
• Effective exudate management: Absorbs and retains high volumes of wound fluid for optimal healing conditions.
• Flexible and conformable: Adapts to wound contours and can be used in combination with secondary dressings such as Mepilex® Border or Mepilex® Border Flex.
• Sterile and single-use: Individually packaged for clinical convenience and infection control.

Indicated for medium to heavily exuding wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, and surgical wounds. Always follow manufacturer and clinical guidelines when applying Exufiber® Ag+ dressings.
