Melgisorb® Plus by Mölnlycke is an advanced calcium alginate dressing with high absorption capacity, designed to manage moderate to heavily exuding wounds. When in contact with wound fluid, it forms a cohesive gel that conforms to the wound bed, maintaining a moist environment that supports natural healing. The dressing’s reinforced structure provides exceptional wet strength, ensuring intact removal and reducing dressing residue in the wound.
