Mepilex® Ag by Mölnlycke combines silicone foam technology with integrated ionic silver to provide moisture management and antimicrobial support in a single dressing. Its Safetac® interface adheres gently to skin and removes painlessly, while the silver core helps reduce bioburden and protect against bacterial infiltration in wounds.
