Mepilex® Border Post-Op by Mölnlycke is an all-in-one self-adherent surgical dressing designed to manage moderate wound exudate while protecting healing incisions. It combines a highly absorbent foam pad with a flexible film backing and a skin-friendly Safetac® soft silicone adhesive that minimizes pain and trauma during removal. The flexible design allows the dressing to conform to body contours, making it ideal for use over joints or surgical areas requiring comfort and protection.
