Medline ThreeFlex® 3-Layer Compression System delivers lighter, therapeutic compression for patients with chronic venous insufficiency and associated edema, including those who cannot tolerate high compression or present with mixed etiology disease. The three integrated layers cushion, conform, and apply sustained compression to support healing and comfort for up to seven days, depending on drainage and edema reduction.

• Lighter therapeutic compression: Designed for chronic venous insufficiency and mixed-etiology ulcers where reduced compression is preferred.
• Three-layer design: Padding layer helps absorb drainage and protect bony prominences; conforming layer provides a smooth wrap surface; outer cohesive layer applies compression and holds the system in place.
• Extended wear time: Can remain in place for up to 7 days based on drainage and clinical assessment.
• Application aids included: Securing strips and illustrated instructions help ensure correct sequencing and application.
• Latex-free construction: Suitable for patients with latex sensitivities.
• Clinical consideration: Contraindicated in severe arterial disease; assess ABI before initiating compression therapy.
