Price Match Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you find the same item at a lower advertised price from an eligible Canadian competitor, we will review and match it in accordance with the terms below.

What products qualify

• Products that are identical in brand, model, and specifications.
• In-stock items available for immediate sale by both Minerva Medical and the competitor.
• Prices advertised by Canadian competitors, online or in-store, and available to ship to your location.

Exclusions

The following do not qualify for price matching:

• Advertising errors or misprints.
• Clearance, liquidation, and close-outs.
• Black Friday, Boxing Day, and other special event promotions.
• Mail-in rebates, coupons, premiums, and bundled offers.
• Educational, restricted, or financing program pricing.
• Limited-time or limited-quantity offers.

Terms and conditions

• Competitor pricing must be in Canadian dollars and include all applicable fees such as shipping, delivery, and taxes.
• A current advertisement or valid webpage link is required for verification.
• The competitor must be an authorized distributor of the product.
• Applies to publicly advertised retail prices. Individual negotiated quotations are excluded.
• We may verify competitor price and availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
• Policy terms may change without notice and do not apply where prohibited by law.

How to request a price match

Have the following details ready so we can review your request quickly:

Once verified, we will adjust your price to reflect the best available value that meets this policy.

After we verify

• Price match applies to the identical item and the same order destination.
• If the competitor price changes or the item goes out of stock before verification, the request may no longer qualify.
• Approved adjustments are applied prior to purchase or as a one-time courtesy adjustment for recent orders within a reasonable review window.

Note: We may decline requests that cannot be verified or that fall under the exclusions above.

Discretionary right: Minerva Medical reserves the right to refuse a price match request at our discretion if it is deemed suspicious, inconsistent with our policy, or submitted in bad faith.
