At Minerva Medical, we take pride in ensuring that your orders are processed efficiently, shipped safely, and delivered on time. The following outlines our shipping and delivery procedures for all online purchases.

Order status

Once your order has been placed, a representative will contact you if any of your items are on backorder. Because we carry a large and diverse catalog of medical products, it’s not always possible to have every item in stock at all times.

However, once you are onboarded as a regular purchasing customer, we work closely with our suppliers to maintain stock levels of your recurring items, ensuring fast and reliable fulfillment on future orders.

Dispatch times

Orders containing in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. If an order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, the available products will be shipped first, and any backordered items will automatically ship as soon as they become available again.

This approach ensures you receive essential supplies as quickly as possible while minimizing disruption to your operations.

Free delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders totaling $600 or more (before taxes). Qualifying orders are shipped using Expedited or Priority service with signature required to ensure fast and secure delivery. This offer applies to standard ground shipping within Canada.

Shipping costs

For orders below the free delivery threshold, shipping costs are calculated based on total package weight and delivery destination. Final rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

Signature required

All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your products are received securely.

Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, ATS Healthcare, DHL, and other regional courier partners to provide reliable delivery options across Canada.

Remote areas

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional courier surcharges. These fees reflect the extra handling and distance required for service to those areas.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Packaging

Every order is securely packaged to protect medical products during transit and ensure that they arrive in pristine condition. Fragile or temperature-sensitive items are packed according to manufacturer handling standards.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, factors such as severe weather, carrier capacity limits, or supply chain disruptions may occasionally cause delays. If any delay affects your order, our team will notify you promptly with an updated delivery estimate.

Damages in transit

Minerva Medical never ships a damaged product. In the event that you receive an item that appears damaged or defective upon arrival, please refer to the steps outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Our team will review your claim promptly and do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

In-store pickup

For added convenience, Minerva Medical also offers in-store pickup for online orders. Customers may collect their orders directly from our facility located at:
