  • What is Monovisc?

    Monovisc,  hyaluronic acid, is made from bacterial fermentation and is used to treat knee joint pain.  The process is referred to as viscosupplementation, where the joint is injected (supplemented) with  hyaluronic acid,  which can allow the patients to be mobile and independent to carry out their normal daily activities again.

    You should consult your healthcare professional to determine if you are able to receive a Monovisc injection.

    SHIPPING NOTICE:

    Please note that all orthopedic injections are sent out with Ambient Temperature controlled shipping via ATS Healthcare. Ambient Temperature means "room temperature" or normal storage conditions, which means storage in a dry, clean, well ventilated area at room temperatures between 15° to 25°C (59°-77°F) or up to 30°C, depending on climatic conditions. 

    A standard flat shipping rate of $50.00 will be applied to all orthopedic injections. 

After you place your order, a representative will contact you if any of the items from your order are on backorder. Items in stock are typically shipped within 24–48 hours. Shipping times for backordered items may vary.

Orders over $600 qualify for free delivery. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, and others. Please note that remote area deliveries may incur additional courier surcharges to cover the extra handling and distance.
